Craniosacral Therapy in San Diego

Using a soft touch generally no greater than 5 grams (the weight of a nickel), practitioners release restrictions and constrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system. Focus is on the bones of the head, spinal column, sacrum, and the underlying structures. Client remains fully clothed during the session.
